The confidentiality and privacy of your information is important to us. Fragnetics will honor or exceed the legal requirements for data privacy laws in Singapore, in particular the E-Commerce Code for the Protection of Personal Information and Communications of Consumers of Internet Commerce published by the National Internet Advisory Committee in Singapore. The Fragnetics website, its associated services, including game hosting, web hosting, dedicated server hosting and the like shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore. These laws will apply in regards to any claim or matter arising in respect to this website and its associated services.
What we do with information we collect
1. Information provided to Fragnetics
Registration is required in order to access or subscribe to certain services provided by Fragnetics. As a user, you agree that any information you have entered during the registration process may be stored in a database. During member registration, we may gather your personal ID information: your name, email address, year of birth, address, gender, username, and password. Registration information is kept confidential. Fragnetics may share accumulated, anonymous statistical information regarding site usage and traffic patterns with our associates. Information in these aggregated summary reports cannot be linked to you individually. Further, we may use registration data to compile statistics related to demographics and may disclose such reports to a third party on occasion. Your personal profile, however, will not be disclosed to any third party without your prior consent.

3. Information gathered by Fragnetics
When you visit and interact with our site and services, Fragnetics may collect information on your actions. Information is collected from either the server log files, which tracks your IP address, in-game identification key, or from cookies.
- (A) IP Address
An IP address is a number that is assigned by every ISP (Internet Service Provider) to computers. An IP address is used identify the location of a computer on the Internet. IP addresses help diagnose problems with servers and aid in the administration of websites. Fragnetics sometimes uses IP addresses to communicate with members and subscribers or to restrict website use by those who do not comply with our Terms and Conditions.
- (B) In-game Identification Key
An In-game Identification Key is a unique hash available in certain games. This unique identification key enables us to track users by the account or license (CD key or other) which was used to obtain the product. Examples of these ID keys include the user's Steam ID or your CD Key Hash. These identification keys do not contain any personal information.
By utilizing this unique key, Fragnetics is able to differentiate our users from a public user and provide them with elevated levels of access and/or privileges. Fragnetics sometimes uses the in-game identification key to communicate with members and subscribers or to restrict website use by those who do not comply with our Terms and Conditions.
- (C) Cookies
The Fragnetics Forum enables "cookies" on your computer, a feature that you can configure on your internet browser. You can modify your browser preferences to change the cookies setting. Users can accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or request notification when a cookie is set. If you choose to reject all cookies you may not be able to use some Fragnetics website features, or you may have to re-register each time you visit the forum.

5. Security and Liabilty
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Fragnetics maintains our own dedicated equipment with restricted network access only to authorized user accounts and restricted physical access to authorized personnel. The webmaster, administrator and moderators cannot be held responsible if data integrity on the site becomes compromised.
